Q: When will my order ship?
A: Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours of payment Monday-Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be mailed Monday.
Q: If an item is out of stock, how will I know when it will be available again?
A: Please contact us and we can probably tell you when it will be back in stock.
Q: What is the best way to reach customer service?
A: Currently, the best way to contact us is to send us an email at CustomerService@lcpals.com or through Skype chat at LC_Pals. We also can be reached via live chat located on the left of every page. We are usually very quick to respond.
Q: Can I add a gift message to my purchase because it is a gift for someone?
A: Yes! We can put gift messages in the package at no extra charge and ship it direct. There is an area during checkout that allows you to enter a gift message.
Q: Do you gift wrap?
A: At this time, we are not offering a gift wrap service; however, we can add gift messages to the package.

A: When you first register with us, you will receive 15% off your next purchase at www.LC-Pals.com. At the beginning of every month, we will send you an email to keep you up to date with new products, sales, promotions, etc. We also will send a periodic email announcing a special sale or promotion. We don't send you oodles of emails so don't worry. We don't like receiving lots of emails from a store and know you don't either. Registering is easy and can be done at checkout or while just visiting the store.
