Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the product and your zip code. We also offer multiple shipping methods via USPS for you to choose from such as: First class, Parcel Post, Priority or Expediated services. Please choose the one that fits your needs in order to find your total. If you purchase more than one item from www.LC-Pals.com, the combined shipping costs will automatically be reflected in your shopping cart. Items are usually shipped within 24 hours of payment.
SHIPPING INSURANCEShipping insurance is available in your shopping cart during checkout. It is an optional service, but highly suggested. If you chose insurance and you happen to receive an item that was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. Please keep all packing materials and the merchandise in the state that you received them in so that we can file a claim with the delivery service. SHIPPING TIME Because we offer a variety of shipping options, you are able to choose the one that suits your needed the best. The approximate number of days a service takes is located next to each shipping option. Please don't cut it close. If you need something in 4 days, it is not wise to choose parcel post which can take up to 10 days for delivery and hope that it will get to you in time. Instead, it is much safer to choose priority mail which can take 2-3 days for delivery. During the holiday season especially, please be patient as the mail carriers get backed up. International Customers - shipping internationally can sometimes take weeks depending on your country and their customs process. Please keep in mind that Priority International Mail is guaranteed to be delivered within 7 days. You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address. PLEASE double check it. If your package is refused or returned and therefore sent back to us, you will be responsible for all postage due before it is resent. If you choose to cancel the order, your refund will be minus original shipping charges.
RETURNSWe accept returns if the product is still NEW and UNUSED. It must still be returned with the original packaging in NEW condition (all instruction manuals and accessories too). Before you mail your return, please contact us for an RMA number. You are also responsible for the cost of the return to LC-Pals. Please be sure to have kept a copy of your original receipt (must be included in the return) and also any tracking numbers that the post office gives you. Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the merchandise to make sure it is new and in acceptable condition. We will then refund your original purchase price only. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. It may take up to 10 days for your money to be refunded.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTOn rare occasion, there is a defective product. In this case, please contact us immediately about the item. We want you to be happy and will work with you so that the problem is rectified.YOUR PRIVACYYour information is safe with us! All of our checkout steps are safe and secure as we use a Paypal processing program. If you pay by credit card, the information goes through Paypal and we never even see it. Your personal information such as name and address are only kept as records for our company and never sold or given to anyone else. If you choose to register with us, sharing your email address helps us stay in contact with you to inform you of upcoming sales, new products, etc. Again, we will never share your email address with anyone else. The information you provide to us at checkout is between you and LC Pals and that is where it will stay! |
